Our commitment is to your full satisfaction when choosing a Calla jewel. Therefore, we have created an exchange and return policy that respects your needs.
Manufacturing Defects
We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry, which undergo a strict control so that they reach you without any manufacturing defects. If you find a problem within 1 (one) year, send us your jewelry for evaluation. If our professionals find a manufacturing defect, we will do the exchange or repair at no cost.
Calla jewelry is made to last for generations, using the highest quality materials. However, accidents, losses or misuse can compromise its durability, and we do not cover damage caused by these factors. If our analysis identifies any of these problems, we offer the repair, which will be charged.
Withdrawal
If you decide to exchange or give up your purchase, you have up to 7 days to exercise this right. The returned jewelry must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, accompanied by the original case and invoice.
